My stay at Phong Bac Luxury Hotel was quite mixed. The welcome was warm, and I really appreciated the staff’s kindness and flexibility. I had made a mistake with my booking, and they changed it without any issue, which was very helpful. However, the room was not very pleasant, with a noticeable humidity smell. The cleanliness was also average and could definitely be improved. Overall, a positive experience with the staff, but the comfort and upkeep of the rooms did not fully meet my expectations.

Wat een top locatie! Personeel spreekt gebrekkig Engels maar Google translate doet wonderen. We hadden lekkage in de badkamer maar gelukkig kon dat snel gemaakt worden. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Personeel is ook heel gastvrij en bij vragen staan ze je vraag te woord.

‘Luxury’ in de naam mag van ons wel weg, het hotel kent volgens ons wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Het zal vast heel luxe zijn geweest maar mag wel een upgrade gebruiken!

Almost brand new. Lovely room looking out to the sea. Too much for my needs really. Staff were exceptionally attentive

Location. Miles out of town. Nothing to do after sampling seafood. You need to get a cab to a very sleepy town.
