no mention in the booking that room is lacking the standing shower .the staff at the breakfast is lacking customer service especially those at the hot food bar

Breakfast was good

Showers, one tiolet for family room.

Wide and clean rooms. Nice rooftop where breakfast is served. Very helpful staff, they helped us to arrange transfers and transport.

We had a room with balcony but no chairs on the balcony. It will be convenient to have those to enjoy the view. Quality of coffee at breakfast can be slightly improved. Staff doesn’t speak good English, we could communicate with google translate so finally that’s a minor inconvenience.

Central location; very helpful and friendly staff, who helped us with several transportation arrangements; extensive and good breakfast buffet; good bed and shower. I would stay at Vhsu Khuong hotel again.

I would have preferred that the description on Booking mentions that the room doesn't have any windows. There were no rooms with windows available anymore to upgrade to, as most of the rooms don't have a window. There's a bit of a musty smell in the room when entering. It turned out fine, it got better, but it was a surprise.
