Mir hat die Sauberkeit sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war auch lecker es gab viel Auswahl. Ich bin von Diva begeistert. Diese Person ist einfach ein Goldstück und ohne Sie würde echt was fehlen im Hotel. Die Zamira war für mich die fleißigste Mitarbeiterin dort. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Und die Partys sind echt Mega. Tolles Hotel zum entspannen und feiern 🥳

Das wir an der Bar abends immer selber anstellen mussten um unsere Getränke zu holen. Letztes Jahr was es besser, da hatten wir Bedienung. Es war entspannter. Die Disco hatte nie auf. Kein Mensch ging dahin weil die Organisation ( Animationsteam) eher auf Feiern in den auswärtigen Clubs ( mit extra Eintritt und sehr teuren Getränken) fixiert waren. Das war letztes Jahr auch anders, wir haben fast jeden Abend in der Disco gefeiert und getanzt.

On n’a pas apprécié grand chose , à part les bains de soleil dans l’eau

On n’a rien aimé : la piscine accessible de la chambre ? Un couloir de nage a l’ombre, de 1,4m de largeur et de profondeur, avec une température glaciale. La terrasse ? A l’ombre du matin au soir. La restauration ? Indigne d’un 5* ! Aucun service à table. Il fallait réclamer, même pour un peu d’eau, pas accessible aux clients. Et je ne parle pas du vin ! On est loin des buffets généralement proposés dans les all inclusive ! La mer est à plus de 1,4 km. Il nous a fallu prendre un minibus non climatisé et bondé pour y aller. Nous avons fait le trajet debouts ! Aucun service a la plage, à part un restaurant (pas trop mal) avec quelques plats à la carte. Les serviettes de plage n’étaient disponibles qu’à l’hôtel et personne ne nous en a parlé avant de partir à la mer. Il y avait bien un bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24, mais il fallait faire une queue de minimum 5 à 10 minutes pour avoir un verre ! Aucun service à table n’a été proposé si ce n’est de débarrasser. Piscine enclavée entre la route principale et le bâtiment, avec une sono suffisamment fort pour cacher des bruits de la route et pour mettre un semblant d’ambiance pour les clients, plus intéressé par l’alcool que par le cadre. Le personnel ? Plus ou moins désagréable, de notre arrivée, jusqu’à notre départ, 6 nuits avant la fin de notre séjour, que nous avons préféré abandonner pour un véritable 5*. Et personne ne nous a demandé pourquoi on partait au bout d’une journée. Par contre on n’a pas oublié de nous demander dix euros pour l’une des cartes qu’on avait perdue. Une honte!!!! À fuir!!!!

De varme retter var ikke lige mig, men heldigvis var der mange lækre og friske grøntsager

Начнем с того, что отель новый и очень приятно находиться. Покупая сюда путёвку- можно спокойно оставаться в стенах гостиницы и не покидать ее. Приехали намного раньше времени заселения, но сразу дали браслеты и пустили на завтрак. Захотелось заселиться пораньше и пришлось доплатить 30$ за ранний заезд. Номер порадовал : чистый, уютный с мини-баром, наполненным всеми известными напитками (приносили новые каждый день). Уборка в номерах была ежедневная, но есть опция, попросить, чтобы не приходили и не беспокоили. Чудесный шведский стол на завтрак, обед и ужин, также есть огромное количества разных перекусов и лобби-бар, работающий 24/7. Питание было разнообразное и всегда вкусное: много видов мяса, разного вида приготовления, овощей, закусок, сыров, десертов и что приятно, всегда была рыбка. Ужины в отеле в особом почёте, через день стараются придумать что-то интересное, мы, например, застали итальянский, турецкий и вечер морепродуктов. Каждый день у бассейна проводят различные мероприятия, спортивные игры, а вечером - тусовки (врать не буду, иногда это мешало спать так как некоторые особо веселые отходняки прям задерживались на всю ночь и делали тусовки у бассейна самостоятельно). Что хотелось отметить, ухоженность и чистоту пляжа, прошлись вдоль берега и поняли, насколько же он у нас чудесный. Чистый песочек, стильные и удобные лежаки, на которых всегда найдется местечко, даже при полной загруженности отеля. В общем - рекомендую на 9 баллов.

The beach bar was good

Staff all looked miserable. Bed was covered with over blanket not a normal sheet. Food in the restaurant was not the best. Only had draft effes beer. No other choice of beer. Like most hotels we have been in Turkey. If there was any entertainment in the evening, it was short notice what it was and were.

The Beach, that’s it

Staff very unfriendly, the room was not really clean, bed sheets with big disgusting spots, the drinks at the bar were not good and served without a smile, the door of our room was broken, sometimes they were not giving towels to all of us. The walls were so thin that we could hear the life of all of the clients around our room and if you’re hungry between 17:00 and 19:00, you have nothing open to eat. Not good for an all inclusive, especially a 5 stars. The activities were not that bad but after 11 pm, you have nothing to do. Except a wonderful disco in the hotel with… nobody. Not even the DJ Also the transfer for the beach, practical but don’t trust the schedule the hotel gives you, otherwise you’re sure you’ll miss it or you’ll have to wait for it. An other advice, do not go to the coiffeur of the hotel, who is trying to sell you a keratin mask for the hair by telling you that your hair is broken even if it’s in good health, who does a brushing that will not convince you and especially, do NOT tattoo your lips there. Except if you want a lot of herpes and no color anymore after 3 days. To conclude, if you want to enjoy a freshly pressed juice, you have to PAY. NEVER seen that in my life. All inclusive but only for the things that doesn’t include a lot of energy from the staff.
