Anatolia Hotel Geyre Karacasu Aydın (Aphrodisias)

A veritable Garden of Eden surrounded by a typical Turkish farming community where life does not seem to have changed. The rooms are small and superbly presented with everything needed for your stay.

Food can be had at the restaurant also owned by the hotel. This is a 5 minute walk away. Although the food was good, we were not given a menu and chose from dishes in the kitchen which is typical for some areas. Our problem was with the bill presented at the end which was a total rip off and spoiled what had been a lovely day. The amount charged was twice anything we had been charged for anywhere else, which includes expensive seaside tourist locations. Our advice is to ask the prices before ordering.

The pool was lovely, and the location is 3 minutes drive from Aphrodisias. The owner allowed us to use their kitchen and also brought food to us from the restaurant. The garden was cute and the room very clean.

Stunning property in rural setting. Wish we stayed two nights and not one.
