ananea Kleopatra Beach - Adults Only 12

Beautiful city hotel, close to everything (bus station, Kleopatra beach, city center), very nice and cool atmosphere inside the hotel, Yoga and sports activities during the day, several pools, several restaurants and I even attended concert of my favourite drummer in Turkey. Loved my stay!

nothing to complain about

I didn’t like the studio room at all. Bathrooms don’t have ventilation or a window and it feels like a bathroom inside a jail. The colors in the bathroom are very depressing and it had a bad smell all the time the carpet in the living room I believe wasn’t that clean plus one of the lights in the living room wasn’t working and one light in the bathroom was not working as well. More over the lighting in the bedroom was very bad.

I liked the pools, the sunbeds, the beach and house of bohem. I liked the bartender i think his name is reginald. Tall with three rings in his ears. I liked the guys working at the reception.

The room was not as advertised. Room could have been cleaner and change the sheets more often. Not enough variation of food for an all inclusive and all that i paid. I felt like the staff were always watching me and talking about me.

The location was just great. We really enjoyed the breakfast

The facilities (pools, beach, toilets, restaurants) are really well maintained and comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Our room looked pretty different from the pictures on booking and was a bit run down. Clean nevertheless, but not quite what we expected. The hotel manager was very proactive and was checking on guests, asking if we had any complaints, for us this wasn’t worth the hassle of going to reception to request a change of room, as we were primarily spending time outside.

I had a lovely holidays and would recommend Cook's Club as a place to stay. Perfect location and great music and DJ performance. Very helpfull and friendly staff. A particular shout out to Yakup, my 'beach-restaurant' boy, who was super polite and attentive and kept me supplied with daily drinks, deliciuos food and sunshade putting up !
