Sehr schöne Pools, sehr schöne BeachBar, schöner Strandabschnitt (wenn auch etwas viele Liegen für den kleinen Abschnitt). Auch der Service war größtenteils hervorragend, insbesondere Murat, Batuhan und Jacob leisten super Arbeit an der Strandbar und sind immer für einen Spaß zu haben - Danke dafür!

Ein Zimmermädchen hat die Handtücher aus unserem Zimmer entfernt und keine neuen Handtücher hinterlassen. Auf mehrfaches Anrufen an der Rezeption wurden keine neuen Handtücher gebracht sodass ich mich selbst um neue Handtücher kümmern musste - ein absolutes No-Go für ein 4*-Haus. Aber noch viel schlimmer: Ich habe mir bei einem Abendessen im Hotel auf übelste Art und Weise den Magen verstimmt, sodass ich den folgenden Tag komplett flach lag. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und bedeutet für mich leider, dass ich Cook’s Club nicht weiter empfehlen kann.

Amazing stylish atmosphere, good food and drinks, very caring staff and very good looked after facilities. Overall an amazing place for a chilled beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back.

Hard to catch any sun beds by the main pool unless you’re up for 7.30am 😆 other than that, all great and no complaints!

Bed had hair in it on arrival but every other day was cleaned and tidy

Das Hotel an sich ist schön aufgeteilt mit mehreren Pools und ein privater Strand. Das personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr wenige Essensauswahl im Buffet, 1-2 Hauptspeisen und der Rest war nur kalte Beilage. Der technische Zustand ist echt schlecht, man hört wirklich alles aus dem Zimmer, aus der Toilette stinkt es nach Abfluss, das Badezimmer war etwas angeschimmelt. Es gibt 2 weitere Restaurants bei, a la carte kann man als all inclusive gast nur einige speisen bestellen und beim anderen Restaurant muss man zahlen, was meiner Meinung nicht wirklich all inclusive ist. Es heißt all inclusive aber dann kommen sie mit “das ist nicht inkludiert, nur für ultra all inclusive”. Für den preis kann man ein wirkliches all inclusive hotel buchen.

Уже второй летний отпуск провожу в Cook's Club Alanya. В этот раз забронировала номер в корпусе, который расположен прямо у моря. Сам номер большой, чистый и уютный. Уборка производилась каждый день Пройдя через вестибюль отеля, вы прямо выходите к пляжу, что есть очень удобно и комфортно. Весь персонал доброжелательный, отзывчивый и готов помочь в любой ситуации.

Недостатков не увидела

Good location, amazing food, great beach.

I was in a 'lux' room, and it's quite upsetting that in the lux room one of the air conditioners wasn't working properly. Since the bar is open for everyone(people who don't live in the hotel can come and buy drinks/food) barmen and other stuff members do not care about you at all. Not a single time I was asked if I wanted a drink or something. But if someone, who has no belt(the one that indicates you live in a hotel) comes to sit at the table - the waiter would come immediately to greet them.

It exceeded our expectation. The pools were amazing. There is 2 small ones in the quiet area, one big one with dj and music and one inside. The beach was super fun and comfortable. The breakfast was great and very diverse. My partner who is vegan found a lot of options to eat and they had vegan milk for coffee. The room is super nice and clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly.

Absolutely nothing wish we stayed longer.
