Great location, opposite a large shopping centre and near some good food shops.

No free breakfast like other hotels we have stayed in in Vietnam.

Khanh was our favourite. Very helpful and friendly and we were very comfortable talking to khanh. He would go out of his way to help us. Facilities were big and clean and comfortable.

There were small ants in our rooms which was not good and we had to spray them. So we didn't feel comfortable leaving food out. But it was still OK. The other assistants/reception werent as friendly as Khanh but they still helped us.

Came for one night waiting for the ferry. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Location is quite good, 10 min walk from the port.

Mr Le Quoc Khanh is the best man I met in Vietnam. Speaks a very good english he helped for my bus reservation and he gived a ride to go to the bus station. The room was very clean. This hostel is a great place.

Everything looked goods except the carpet that was very old !?!?

It was super clean and the staff were friendly. Also very close to most of the restaurants with a view.

Aesthetically pleasing rooms. Clean bathrooms. Shower area has a transparent sliding door that separated shower from toilet, which is a plus. Elevator access is good. Nice and helpful staff. Great value.

Beds were very firm, so comfort was just OK. Family room for 4 on 2nd floor was smaller than expected comparing real-life vs. photos. Barely fit all our luggage. WiFi signal was weak and slow, but during non-peak usage hours, speed was OK. One of the family rooms we stayed at smelled of urine in the corners.
