clean hotel in very nice area.

hotel management insisted to charge extra for each child even below 7 years . even without providing extra beds.

breakfast was very good and generous

beautifully located in the hillside near Sapanca Lake, Naturköy has a selection of cabins and luxury chalets spread around the grounds. AC and wifi is good, food is excellent and staff very helpful and many are English speaking inc Leon the manager. breakfast by the river is an excellent way to start the day. lots of places to explore and perfect for kids too. (amazing milkshakes available) best ATV experience at the end of the road just past the property.

The views

The supply of water was inconsistent. For a large party of my stay, there was no running water. I couldn’t shower, wash my hands or drink anything. I’m glad I didn’t die of thirst. The front desk closes at night and it doesn’t matter because when you tell them during the day, they don’t care. They should provide suitable alternatives for paying customers like provide an option for another near by hotel with actual running water.
