It’s amazing place, cave hotel rooms are very attractive, hotel staff are extremely helpful, hotel manager help me out for communicating with car rental company, only one thing is it is far away from most of tourist attractions and main town, near total is nothing, but hotel itself is very good

We had an amazing experience throughout our stay. Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Overall ambiance was magical. Organizations were carried out smoothly.

Property was gorgeous, staff were amazing and so helpful. Burak put together a private wine tasting for us and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and we had different people come in to cook traditional Turkish food for breakfast.

The location, it was hard to get around without a car as there was no public transport except in the nearest town of Urgup

Breakfast was nice. We liked the lovely fresh hot paneer that the ladies made and the freshly prepared eggs. There was a large assortment of items to choose from on the buffet. Also our waiter Hakan was very friendly and gave us excellent service. I really appreciated the manager Burhan's service at helping me retrieve my jacket which I left behind in the hotel closet as he went out of his way to retrieve the jacket and is going to send it to me in the states. Service is very important in the hotel industry and he seemed happy to help also.

I should have paid closer attention to the hotel's location. The hotel is located in a very remote tiny village, Ayvali, very far from everything. There were no other restaurants available to us other than the hotel. There were a couple of restaurants in the village, but they were closed. We would have preferred staying close to the main attractions in Goerme that offered many restaurant choices, views of the fairy chimneys and the hot air balloons as they fly. All though others may prefer this quiet location especially if you have a car. The room we were originally given was large king suite, but dark since it is a cave after all. I was thankful Burhan, the manager on duty readily offered us another room, the Presidental Suite that had more light, windows, and a view of the caves, but it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tub and sink were dirty. All though this hotel offers up hand-crafted motifs and authenticity preserving Turkish culture, it could do with a bit of updating and deep cleaning. The hotel pool looked lovely, but it is not heated so we weren't able to use it. I'm sure guests will find it very comfortable and nice during in just a few more weeks.
