Clean hotel, large and modern room, huge park with an impresissive variety of flowers and trees, frendly staff( specian thanks to Aisha, from beach bar, alwaiys smiling and Faruk, waiter on restaurant terrace, very efficient). Last but not list the quality of the sand on the beach and the lawn ( tipical english). Animation, sows every night, in conclusion an unforgenttable vacation.

Приветливый персонал, вкусная еда. Стильный номер. Понравился выход к бассейну из семейного номера. Классные активности: попробовали стрельбу из лука, большой и малый теннис, бильярд. Порадовали приятные мелочи вроде пляжной сумки. Отдохнули отлично!

в одной из спален совсем нет места для вещей. не хватило шкафа/тумбы хотелось бы больше воды в мини-баре. на 4 людей 2 бутылки - неудобно поле для большого тенниса не освещено. хотели поиграть вечером, когда спала жара - но было темно. Бильярд было бы классно изолировать. Мы играли во время футбольного матча, болельщики не сдерживали себя в эмоциях)) + было бы круто изолировать детей от бильярда. несмотря на указание 16+ малышня рассыпала прямо по столу попкорн и роняла кий. смотреть было больно)) Но эти замечания скорее для отеля - что можно было бы улучшить. Мы отдохнули на 5+! Спасибо вам огромное

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice facilities, and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials. The only area that needs some improvement is housekeeping, as the cleaning service was not up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. With a bit more attention in this area, the hotel could offer a perfect experience. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we would recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Everything! The hotel and service was fantastic. Our room was upgraded to family swimming suite directly walking out into the pool. Food was unbelievable.

A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.
