Staff were friendly and allowed early check-in

They do not accept credit cards! Room was very damp. Bathroom floor was always wet from the shower, even next morning. All clothes and luggage were damp, even though it never rained! Very noisy. Balcony- Ha! It's just the pathway to the room.
