convenient location close to perfect beach area (just about 5-10 minutes) with no long low tides distance. very polite and helpful staff. there are disco nights. as for me it’s an advantage. it may be too noisy for some people - I had so active days that even loud music didn’t disturb me during the night. if you have a sensitive sleep earplugs could help. there is a bar from the same owner at the beach line with several sun beds and umbrellas - for hotel guests is a special price for rent. very convenient (but it could be better to provide its renting for free 🙂)

not all rooms have a “sea view” though it’s written in description. It was my filter for searching a place but finally I had a construction site view. regards other positive moments had smoothed it.

Owners Nicole and Tommy as well, cool and super friendly since the day arrived in Coccobello. About Room same, colourful, fresh (specially during the night, an clean. (You'll have also Cleaner sevice every day) One of the best experience of my life.

The first impact on the beach will be for sure a bit annoying because you'll be surrounded by Beach Boys that they will try to sell you gadgets, tours, excursions ecc. (not only in Nungwi but in general) But dont worry about it, just be friendly saying you're not interested and they will move to others tourists.

Nice room, double balcony, all is new and working properly. Clean place at the rooms. Friendly workers.

At night it is too dark to walk around alone. The sea view is too far. It is not front beach. It is 80-100 mts from the beach.

Excellent value for money, our room was lovely, super clean with a great view of the sea from our top floor. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - very friendly and welcoming. amazing club on Sunday and Wednesday - very loud music until 4am and floods with people but the hotel make sure you’re aware of it before you come

No full English breakfast as stated in the details, only option is fresh fruit and eggs which were nice - they should correct the hotel details.. The hotel is really a club with rooms, very quiet and isolated when it’s not club night. Most restaurants and hotels to get out and be around other people are along the beach which isn’t safe to walk along after dark.

I would like to tell everyone that come to visit Zanzibar that Coccobello is a MUST is like going to Rome you must visit Vatican City. So must go at Coccobello a unique place very beautiful and cure in any particolari, the only on the all island that will make you live a real experience of local music and dancer. The owner and the staff are amazing.

Best vegetarian pizza ever!!! Also they serve great fish burgers. During thr evening they host a dance party. The place is held by local couple. The overall design of the place is very welcoming and totally recommended.
