Дуже затишний готель. Поблизу є «Грибова Хата», де можна дуже смачно поїсти. Готель розташований близько до гір і центру міста. Персонал був дуже привітний та професійний - усі наші питання вирішувалися своєчасно. Сніданки були смачні. У номері було дуже тепло (ми приїжджали взимку). Особливо сподобався душ - комфортний і зручний. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного перебування.

Коли ми заїхали, був неприємний запах із каналізації. Ми одразу повідомили персонал про цю проблему, і вже протягом 10 хвилин її було вирішено. Неприємний запах більше не турбував нас упродовж усієї відпустки. Ми залишилися задоволені реакцією персоналу та загальним відчуттям клієнтоорієнтованості.
