Very friendly staff, helped with everything, the room was clean and in a good location.

Cleanliness, location.

Too much unnecessary communication with the staff, loss of the time. Booking security fee, all payments you must do proactively online, they can’t just charge you on their side. The staff was really annoying me what hour exactly I was going to check-out. I found this unprofessional and pressuring. I also didn’t find it fair that it’s so called hotel but it doesn’t have an option of early check-in or late check-out. They just charge you a full day that you don’t need. Let’s be fair - they are misleading calling themselves “an apart hotel”. I won’t stay again.

Very good location

For a room, it was a nice size but as apartment booking, it’s small. For foreigners with credit cards, payment is a nightmare. I also needed to hold my luggage until my departure and that turned problematic. The staff found a solution but I had to pay for it. Probably better for a longer stay and not credit card by foreigner.

The property is in a great location in the city center. There is a bunch of nice restaurants, cafes and bars around. Property was also very clean, all facilities were in a very good condition and looking like new. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
