Є укриття, дуже гарне та зручне розташування (неподалік вокзалу), поруч метро. Магазинчик у «сусідніх дверях», якщо терміново треба придбати щось . Також недалеко Сільпо. Приємним бонусом були кава, чай, цукерки та водичка .
