PARADISE HOTEL

The hotel room's are very clean and stylish and still very new. It is a bit far if you travel by car but if you travel on foot it is perfect as you just use the steps which grants you quick access to the square. There also two entrances to the hotel one in the front and one in the back. Since the hotel is located near the outer ring road, it is a lot more peaceful compared to a more centrally located hotel. The staffs were also very attentive and are quick to respond to requests.

From the square to the hotel it is a bit far on car. Even though by foot it is close to the square, you do need to take quite a bit of steps which isn't a problem for me but certainly can be bothersome for a few.

Good location – close to the center but not in a noisy area. Bright room with tall ceilings and a comfy bed.

Owner/staff had no idea how to use the AC. When we asked for help, the staff pointed at the AC control panel and said, “You speak English, what does this say?” She then claimed that guests usually know how to use it themselves and insisted that AC wasn’t needed in the mountains—even though the room was cold and humid. A dehumidifier is definitely needed. Main door wouldn’t stay shut, so cold air kept coming in. Breakfast was just a bowl of pho. No one at the hotel speaks English. Bathroom drain didn’t work – the floor was completely flooded.
