The room was only spacious and that's it. The designing is horrible and dirty. The next day of our stay, there was a declared power cut on that area. They knew about it but did not keep their generator prepared. So from 5-10am we had no electricity in this hot weather. The bedsheets were dirty too.

We had a nice trip!! 😊 The location was good to go north and south, lots of street food around. The pool are great, we can see the sunset and sunrise. Great value for money. The room was very large and clean Staff are friendly and helpful, all of guest services are provided fully

I had to change accommodations in the end because of numerous problems with this hotel upon arrival. Firstly, room air conditioning wasn't working. Requested for a change of room, but on the second room offered, the door lock was spoilt. On the third and fourth rooms offered the air conditioning were also not working. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned properly and there were stains on the walls, countertops and even dead bugs in the corners of the bed frame. The change of sheets that were done on my friend's room had a huge stain on the blanket. The hotel was severely understaffed with only 2 people manning the entire hotel, from reception to room service to laundry service. As such the reception was empty most of the time and it was always a long wait to get assistance for anything. The 2 staff also did not speak English and had to use Google translate for everything. Due to the poor service and room facilities, I decided to change to a different hotel at the last minute. I requested for a refund from this hotel, but despite saying they would process it, after more than a month of numerous excuses, the refund is not done and they have stopped reply my requests.

Wi-fi is ok, room is comfortable

Far from everything, no beaches or stores, the hotel is on the highway. Noisy. You have to rent motorbike or use taxi every time you want to go somewhere. Pool is on the 2d floor just in front of the road. Some repair center nearby turned on loud music on Saturday at 7 am. Breakfast is fried rice and soup (what why?). Cleaning service tried to enter without knock, and we were at home.

The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to restaurants and a supermarket. For this reason, it is very attractively priced. They now have a 3rd party taxi service at the hotel itself to serve you anytime. Grab also is available. The breakfast is great value for the price. The rooms are large, well designed and comfortable. It is very quiet and housekeeping is prompt to any need. There is also a swimming pool that is clean. The beach is a taxi ride away but there is a beach across the road, accessible in an off-road fashion. The staff here are fantastic. I just needed to message my requests through Booking.com chat and I was served. They give you unlimited drinking water and all replenishments of coffee, tea and toiletries. I truly felt relaxed and energized in this small but lovely place.
