SPA-zone (Radisson partner hotel) Guests of the Zaporizhzhia Sich hotel have the opportunity to visit the SPA-center at the partner Radisson hotel with a 20% discount. SPA operates at daytime and evening rates. Conditions of visit: • children under 5 years old — free • children from 6 to 12 years old — 50% of the tariff • adults — visit at the standard SPA-center tariff Detailed information on tariffs and operating hours can be obtained from the hotel administrator. ________________________________________ Prepayment conditions After confirming the reservation, the hotel administration will contact you directly to agree on a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. Prepayment must be made within 1–3 days after booking. In case of failure to make a prepayment within the established period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. ________________________________________ Pet Accommodations The Zaporizhzhia Sich Hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 5 kg by prior arrangement. Terms of accommodations with pets: • 600 UAH — one-time payment for cleaning service • 2,000 UAH — deposit in case of possible damage to property In the absence of damage, the deposit is returned after departure. In case of damage to property, the guest undertakes to compensate for the losses in accordance with the hotel's internal rules. ________________________________________ Rules for accommodations with pets • In guest areas, the animal must be with the owner and not left unattended. • It is forbidden to leave a pet alone in the room. • Guests are obliged to ensure that the animal does not damage the hotel property and green areas. • During room cleaning, the animal must not be in the room. ________________________________________ Check-in You must show a photo ID upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. ________________________________________ Age restrictions Guests under 18 years of age can only check-in with a parent or official guardian, or with written parental permission with a completed form, copies of documents and signature. A deposit may be required at the property.
