Reception staff is excellent. They were helpful to me in getting the bus ticket reserved.

There is only one item for breakfast!! It is better that they don't offer breakfast.

The location is good.

Breakfasts are bad (not as rich as other breakfast buffets). Travel across the street to have breakfast.

Not recommend this hotel due to bad service! The room that I booked was not available due to AC broken. We had to pay extra for bigger room. Breakfast included but restaurant is not in hotel it is in a Public cafe restaurant and outside hotel, not belonging to hotel. Were insisted to pay extra breakfast for 2kids even they didnot want to eat as receptionist was to lazy to adjust in system. Hotel did a business on broken bath gel jar! Receptionist and management should be trained! Will not come back!

Friendly welcoming staff which was much appreciated as I arrived near midnight after a long bus trip from Dalat Very helpful on all occasions including onward booking.

The shower should be closed, to prevent the water splashing on the nearby toilet basin. Breakfast is offered in a coffee restaurant close to the hotel. But half of the dishes and drinks on the breakfast menu are not available.
