"Good value if a little worn"

The staff were great, the room clean and everything worked.

It was a bit worn. It needs refreshing. The breakfast was fair but of course you are not paying top dollar.

"Friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms."

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We slept well. Our room was quiet and comfortable. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant a few blocks away, Emma's cafe. Close to Smith Rock State Park and also a lovely trail through a canyon that we walked to from the hotel.
