USThe suite was wonderful! Beautiful open space, full of light, comfortable beds, sofa and chair. Not alot of frills but I enjoyed the simplicity of the wood features and attractive Amish made furniture. The back balcony had great comfy wooden rocking chairs overlooking a pond with a fountain, and the sound of the fountain was really relaxing and aided in a great night sleep. The support team was very kind and helpful when we got lost and stayed on the phone with us till we made it safely to the cabin. They were very quick to respond to texts and make sure we had everything we needed.
The additional charges at the end were unexpected. No need for a destination fee for this location. Not alot of extra amenities to account for it in my opinion. The cleaning fee should be included in the price of the rental. I expect the rental to be clean, not pay extra for something that should be standard.
