No cold beer on draft, closed at 930pm, with plenty of people in bar. Ants on bed and moldy pillows.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking.com states no internet access in the rooms but should state wifi available

My original choice room with mountain view had no tv(broken). The view was the balcony which was the laundry drying area. I paid to change to a better room which turned out dearer than walk-in.

The view. About the hotel side, that is the only good thing. Beside, the food at the sports bar is really good and prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Regarding the hotel, it's one of my worst experiences in Vietnam.

The kitchen of the bar is just behind the reception, which is quite surprising already, but the worse point is that the odours of the kitchen go up to the rooms. So during the first evening, I got an awful smell of frying oil in my room. Disgusting. There should be something done with the doors. I had to call the staff to change the bed sheets that were disrty as hell, with stains and hair. When she removed the sheet, I could see the state of the matress that was even worse than the sheet. there were also stains on the pillows. So I slept over the duvet and wrapped the pillow with a towel. It's not exactly what I call comfort. The safe was broken and could not be used, and the fridge was closed but unplugged, so there was a terrible musty smell when opening it. There was a space of only (around) 25cm between the bed and the wardrobe, which was not clean either, with musty smell too. In the bathroom, the sink was leaking, the mixer tap was not working, and there was a basin under the ventilation system (I didn't want to investigate why!)
