Room with a balcony with a sea view through the tree. Lovely to hear the waves crashing through the night. Beach access at the side of the hotel at low tide. Good breakfast with plenty choice. Very helpful owner who organised the bus to HCM to pick us up at the hotel. Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

Very friendly hosts, good location, beach access right outside hotel, good breakfast choices, let me book another night with no issue.

Hard bed may be unsuitable to some (I don't mind), bathroom takes a while to drain

The owner was lovely, breakfast was good, had everything we needed. Step from the beach, you need to walk about 1 min to get to a nice swim spot. Close to restaurants. Location was along a nice road with a sidewalk but you need transportation to get around anywhere in Mui Ne.

We stayed in a room facing the street so I think the sea view rooms are nicer. The place was dated, our door was quite hard to lock, they need to replace the doorknobs. Only one outlet (with 1 plug) near the bed so can't use the lamp if you want to plug your phone in. Bed is very hard. Dining room and hallways often smelled like sewage. No housekeeping between days either, they only have 1 key to the room.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Deluxe Double Room'. Room - Clean, spacious and with a small balcony overlooking the main road. The bed was comfortable. Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful. We were able to check in at around 2 a.m. Breakfast - There were numerous options available.
