no staff no availability of the ADVERTUSED SPA and no breakfast as organised very poor on there hotel’s behalf

no fridge in the room

The receptionist was nice

The bed smelled very wierd and room did not look clean. I paid for 1 night. At 9 am they came to my room and told me I have to check out in 5 minutes. No warning , no explanation. I had to argue so can at least shower

Location is great as an airport hotel, lots of food walking distance and comfortable. There was definitely airport noise but the room served its purpose

I was there one night becasue I missed my flight, the rooms are nice and the toilet spacious and clean.

I woke up at 9.30 and wanted to get a coffee but it didn’t seem that restaurant/bar was equipped for any tipe of serving. The air conditioning in the room was little to no use as no cold air was really coming out (maybe I just got unlucky)

The room is very beautiful, and the bed was clean.

The first room I was placed in was very dirty, and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a long time. The second room was similarly very dusty, and the slippers in the rooms were all very dirty. The bathrooms were also dirty. I originally booked the room because the hotel listed massage and restaurant facilities; however, when I arrived, these were closed and the receptionist couldn't provide recommendations for alternative locations. Additionally, when I was checking out, there was a strange man who didn't seem to be affiliated with the hotel who handled my check out and was screaming on the phone, which made for a very intimidating check-out experience.

last minute booking when we couldn't find original hotel, so easy on booking.com. warm welcome, they knew we were coming. room was very large and comfortable, with ensuite. we had breakfast in the room as had a early check out. they arranged taxi to airport, 5 mins away. perfect for stop over to catch a flight. exceptional value for money
