Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. Staff were so friendly and nice, will reccommend highly!

How close it was to the airport, very convenient. The place was very nice and clean and staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was easy to get to from the airport and the breakfast was nice. The staff were communicative leading up to my arrival and tried to help me with the taxi, they were there late at 1.30am when I arrived and friendly. There were good snacks in the room.

The bathroom and bedroom were unclean - it didn’t feel like it lived up to the pictures. The bathroom was dirty and look as though it had dried blood on the sink that hadn’t been cleaned off, the bathroom generally was unclean and not well kept - the shower was also cold. I was provided with two pairs of slippers - one pair had certainly been worn before. The TV remotes were very dirty, as were the light switches - the bedside lamp didn’t work nor did the two night lights on the wall. There was also a concerning stain on the bedspread as pictured… The breakfast was nice but it wasn’t vegetarian which I’d asked for, when I asked for a vegetarian meal it took an hour and a half for a new one - I had to go down with the old breakfast to ask despite messaging the team straight away. Considering it’s one of the more expensive hotels in the area, I felt very let down and I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest.

The staff was so attentionate and kind. It is a few minutes away from the airport by taxi. Everything is clean and cozy. We got upgraded, and our room was big and comfy. The AC was running as it should and breakfast was served in our own room. Thank you so much for your services!

The hotel was 40-50 minutes away from Hanoi. It's our bad, we just wanted something after arriving at the airport. Thanks to Huyen, we only paid 200 VND for one trip. In total, we had 600 VND fees for the taxi. With Grab, it's like 300 to 500 VND to book a ride from the hotel to the center of Hanoi.

Omg it all started upon check in when they couldn’t find my booking. After an hour an half and numerous phone calls I got a key and of course they found my booking. Then it completely goes downhill from there. It is in an awful part of Hanoi albeit close to the airport with very little choices around for food. She recommended a restaurant close by and I was dubious but extremely hungry. Of course there restaurant isn’t open. The food was disgusting and I am sure it was dog and not beef!! Then they played super loud Karaoke in the Hotel till 11pm. No hot water in room was working. Then hairs in my bed and on the pillow! The balcony was filthy!! Avoid at all costs a complete DUMP! Photos attached of the driveway entrance and the abandoned restaurant. Breakfast included. Sorry we don’t have!!!

The hotel was so clean &staffs were so kind &helpful.Interiers are excellent.Rooms are so so neat &clean.Wonderful hotel to stay.

Very friendly staff, did their utmost to help us, despite the Yagi storm problems & floods! Nice local food/restaurant, lovely rooms with beautiful wooden decoration.

We booked massages which were cancelled last minute. Karaoke noice too loud at night in 1 of our rooms above the party area.

aircon in room, very friendly reception staff in the morning who arranged me a taxi for cheaper than grab. she also offered to share some of her lunch with me while I waited.

The accomodation didn’t pick me up from the airport as arranged so I needed to get a taxi. The breakfast wasn’t available in the morning however they came a brought breakfast to my room.

The rooms were clean and neat, with all we needed provided. The hotel was close to the airport for our morning flight, and the young woman in reception called a taxi for us. The staff we saw were helpful and attentive and friendly.

Even though we had tv, aircon and hot water, none of these were working. Had to ask why we had cold water, and the answer was to wait a bit - apparently centrally controlled, perhaps to save money? The tv just wouldn't go. Again we advised staff. 2 people came and couldn't fix it. Said a technician would come. Nobody came so we went to bed. Woken by knocking - 10:30pm the technician comes in, then another someone, while we were lying there. Couldn't fix it. Funny now, but not then. Lastly, the aircon made a loud irregular noise.

The room was spacious and included everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were highly attentive. They brought me breakfast before I left- which was outside normal breakfast hours and organised a free taxi to the airport for me. They made the stay stress free and enjoyable.
