"It's OK"

I like the location. It's central. It's near all the best cafes and restaurants.

I don't like the setup of the room. There is no privacy for the 4 people room. The bed cover, blanket, and pillows have visible stains. The staff did not help with luggage and not guide us to room. The toilet is too tiny.

The room is clean, staffs are helpful. They arranged a room with big window for me, that's a big appreciate.

price is a little bit higher than others, and hotel response from the website is quite slow.

"Exceptional"

The value and staff were excellent. Location was fantastic and so close to so many great restaurants. I highly recommend going to the BBQ and meeting Roy, the owner. SIX was very good too. Having Bok Choy for breakfast was so good and don't forget to ask for things you do not see like made to order eggs and Pho.
