Personnel sympathique mais pas professionnel. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité La localisation n'est pas vraiment top. C'est un quartier ou il n'y a rien a faire.

As a hotel owner in the past and a traveller with more then 20 years experience,i prefer to write truly about facts of service and quality in the hotels and other type accomodations . The receptionist woman was very polite and kind. İn the hotel ,no cards payment,so she tried to help to solve that issue. İt is a pity that cleaning level is not good The bed was full of hair as well as the bathroom rag . Some parts of the wall are dirty and a bit broken. Noise from the outside road is strong cause the door of the balcony doesn't give a proper sound isolation. Windows are dirty. But the view to the sky is wonderful. So better to keep them clean. Advantages : spacious room,big bed,water,tea and coffee . Water was running well and constant hot water from the shower. Nice , probably old design of the room. The bath tab,but didn't risk to use it because of hygiene issues in the bathroom area. Insects on the ceiling a lot. But no bad smell of mould or humidity. Room smelled normal. Don't prefer to come again. It is important to keep space clean .
