"Terrible behavior"

Disgraceful behavior by the guy who communicating with me by app. No one at all on reception from the moment I arrived till I left. Having notified them I was leaving the next day, I was expecting someone to be on reception early the next morning....but no. I messaged the guy to say I was leaving so he would come and take payment. A few minutes passed, no response so I left. I had a long bike journey back to HCM. 15 minutes later when I was well on my way down the mountain, he messages me and his behavior after that can best be described as 'drama queen'. Disgraceful.
