De mooi plek en uitzicht..

De service : ontbijt wordt geserveerd en de koffie zelf op je kamer klaar maken en naar de ontbijt tafel mee nemen…. Verder geen service..!!!

Location with much potential

Hotel and rooms were not clean. Maybe it's because they are pet friendly. Animals hair all over lose mats in dining area. Staff not very friendly. Follow up during meals. Dividers at coffee, bar and kitchen. Staff very loud and we could hear all their personal conversations. Rooms can need some upgrading. Staff wear open shoes.

The staff were very professionel.The receptionist were very helpfull at our arrival at the hotel.I changed my dates origanally booked to a week earlier at Booking.com and on my arrival the dates were not changed.this is very upsetting to me. The receptionist,Cheneal,went out of her way to assist and had a room not used cleaned and avail it for us

At our arrival we were informed that Booking.com did not inform them to change the dates to a week earlier.
