We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. The rooms were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a true lifesaver, especially during the warmer days. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the shower, which was excellent—nothing beats a great shower after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

While our stay had some positive aspects, there were several areas where the hotel could improve. The exterior of the property is starting to look neglected and could benefit from some attention to refresh its appearance. The pool was a major disappointment—it clearly needs serious maintenance. The missing pool ladder made it difficult to get in and out, which was frustrating. Additionally, the bar was rarely manned, and we had to call staff every time we wanted a drink, which took away from the experience. The coffee machine in the breakfast area consistently had issues and required staff intervention multiple times, which was inconvenient. In the room, the TV sound quality was poor, and the video was subpar, detracting from our relaxation time. While the dining areas and rooms were clean, the hotel overall feels like it needs a good makeover to bring it back to its potential.
