Troas Boutique hotel

We booked 3x rooms Rooms and gardens were beautiful and very clean. The location felt safe and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a firm yet accommodating manager. A special thank you to Brett for all his assistance and for being so accommodating. Thank you to Bernadette as well for her warm welcome and helpfulness.

Some rooms need a bit of an upgrade like the toilet seat in my room (apartment) should be replaced asap. The room by the common kitchen area is very noisy and needs to be stipulated in the description

1. On our check in we were not happy with the room we were allocated. It the morning we asked to be moved and the lady honoured our request with no hassles. The room was very comfortable, more spaciuos. 2. We were an hour late on check out but Brett was amazing and did not make a big deal out of it.

Room 5 upstairs on the left wing of the property is too small. More guests are going to complain about the room, maybe management should consider making it a room with a single bed for 1 guest. The double bed literally takes up the whole room and we couldn't move around let alone have space for our luggage.
