The staff amazing professionalism and honest. I dropped my necklace behind the pedistal at night & forgot to get it in the morning. I contacted Nicolene, she went and look for it & kept it for me until I collected it yesterday from Bret. Amazing people, they are.

The room was cold.

The shower water was nice and hot.

The bed was bad and worn out The toilet was positioned under a staircase and cramped = I bumped my head. There were no light blackout curtains. The room was cramped.
