I like how clean the room is and how the staff get ur room clean when asked

I didn't like that there was mold on my pillow

The lady at the reception and the security personnel were friendly and the check in process is very easy…

The wardrobe is too small as we wanted to hang some attires

Very good service from the staff, The facilities i.e kettle, iron, fridge, bathroom and TV..location perfect and convenient.

The door handle was a bit broken although lockable.. there is a grey mixed with black color like blanket that was places ontop of the bed, it wasnt quite clean and I felt that its a floor carpet rather that a bed fleece or blanket. One of the cups was dirty showing that one had used it for coffee or tea prior but it was placed facing down as clean

The room was clean.

It's very noise.

I booked for my mom and aunt - they had a really nice time - couldnt stop talking about how central it was and the door man who was exceptional...thank you very much for looking after them on their stay.

They were advised that there was an extra cost when they arrived but that was sorted out.

The property was clean but there is too much cockroaches🪳🪳😭😭😭😭
