The noise at the hotel,I couldn't sleep from the Bar and corridor. The children as well were often disturbed by noise

It will be great if there is a bit of variety with regard to breakfast, especially for the longer staying clients. Eating the same breakfast Monday to Sunday is not pleasant at all. But the food there is out of the world, well done there.

Just eating same thing every morning for breakfast was very bad for us. Also because there is a pub downstairs, can we please have security inside to make sure no one has access to rooms illegally. Nothing happened, just for safety measures and comfort.

The staff was friendly & the breakfast was ok

Our room was not clean, the curtains were dirty & the rug was also dirty… our mattress was not comfortable at all, it was hard & sore. The shower drain, was not working properly, we had water overflowing… the next person to shower had to wait for about 20 minutes for the water to settle down, not completely even, just for them to be able to shower without causing flooding. The worst thing… the music from the bar downstairs was too loud & went on for hours, even after 22:00, I recall hearing it even around 1:30 am, it eventually stopped around something past 2:00 am…. Then at 7:00 it was already playing again only for it to stop again around 8:30.

It was really clean and perfect for us. Staff was super friendly and accomodating to our needs.

We enjoyed the spacious room. It was clean & tidy. Good wifi Friendly staff when available.

It was incredibly noisy. There was no staff at reception when things happened that required assistance. There was no toilet seat... Power cut out randomly, & there was a water outage in the area that caused us to wakeup with zero water & not be able to shower. Couldn't locate any staff to assist. Breakfast only opens at 7am so we had to forfeit because we had early appointments.

My body started to itch when I arrived at the place, the place has antique furniture which is not a problem, but the upkeep of the furniture is a problem. Shower, basin, mirrors were dirty, we didn't bath in the morning, that's how bad it was like. It felt like I was in a township and my neighbor is having a party. The hotel has a night club inside, you can see people in the club and the noise was unbearable, we didn't have a good night sleep. Wardrobe not in good condition and smelly and the blankets were also smelly. Sheets were white and clean and headboard looked good as well. if they can clean the place, fix wardrobe and remove the smelling wood and put new carpets and clean them. The ceiling also looked like it was about to fall. Definitely not going there again.

Inside wardrobes it is a little bit untidy, some renovations are needed. The blankets also need to be changed as they do not appeal to use. Breakfast needs to be updated.
