"Immense scenery to relax in."

Great location, views, facilities, food. Very clean. Very polite and helpful staff.

We were hoping to get some serious hiking in. Many of the paths are so over grown that they are actually closed. We spoke to the manger who explained that is the national parks not the hotels responsibility . He did say he would speak to the parks but for us it was a bit of a disappointment that we were unable to hike more.

Full board dining was fantastic. Huge variety and quality fresh ingredients used daily. We ate like kings.

Room - requires a fridge and quality coffee maker or plunger.

The staff were just incredible. Super friendly and super helpful. Our room was just the best we could ask for with a direct view to the stunning mountains. The food was exceptional and all facilities were great. My guide for the hike was also amazing, sharing great information and making me feel very at ease on the hike.
