The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

The waiters in the restaurant can do with more training as they were not too helpful

Breakfast was very good, bed exceptionally comfortable, the size of the bathroom and the friendliness of the staff. May you consider branding pens kept in the rooms with the hotel's name and logo.

Noise from other visitors after 22h00 yet there is a policy written in the rooms of no noise after 10h00 pm.

Perfect, Thanks. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, staff was very friendly and helpful. Cant wait to visit again and enjoy the nice food and service.

When we're having dinner in the evenings it took a while for the food to be prepared. Once we receive the food it was worth the wait, the beautiful views we also enjoyed during the waiting time. we have visited over a festive period and seating sometime was a issue for bigger groups. Suggest that visitors for larger groups should make booking for seating.
