Zwakala River Retreat

The cabin was near the river and you could hear the water running, that had such a calming effect. Love the spa, and the spa treatments. The staff was exceptional,

No Microvwave in the unit. The dirt route is a bit difficult with a small car.

Location was perfect for exploring Magoebaskloof and surrounding areas. Accommodation was neat, clean and comfy. Beautiful farm setting with ample walking paths throughout the farm.

I loved the fact that it was in a remote area, hidden away in the bushes. It felt private and exclusive. it was beautiful to be surrounded by so much nature.

No complaints.

they provided us with very nice amenities, like fresh produce from the farm, ground coffee and rusks and very nice soaps to use. the house is very spacious and the view was fantastic

the cleaning lady was so friendly and the scenery was amazing.

we got moved from the 2 bedroom cabin to a studio, called them for a refund for the downgrade and it’s been a month of me calling and texting and still nothing.

The property looked exactly as pictures. We enjoyed being right in the woods , listening to the birds, insects etc. We truly enjoyed the quietness of the place.

Not much- however there were bees roaming around and looks like they are trying to create a beehive.
