Nice hotel and staff

The castle is very nice, but on a sunday after 20:30h there is no one around. For a high quality castle or hotel (as the price is not cheap) it can do much better. Also everything is closed on a sunday in the neighbourhood, but Epernay is pretty close to get something to eat. There is not any possibility for that in the castle. About the room, it is small (the standard room) en pretty regular. The bed is really hard. Not for us, maybe other people like it? It felt to us like we were laying on a trampoline, which was not fun for us. Again the castle is very nice, but in the end you just want to have a nice sleep.

This hotel is very smart and the rooms well presented. It is extremely clean and smart. It has it's own large private garage for parking, conveniently located across the road from the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Overall a very nice hotel indeed.

Nice hotel with nice facilities. Room with plenty of space. Free coffee/tea and parking inside locked garage. We also was able to charge our car for free. Champagne houses just outside and plenty in walking distance.

Loved it. A discovery quite by chance of Ay-Champagne and this charming hotel.

Voor een kort verblijf was het zeer aangenaam .Rustig gelegen en dichtbij veel champagne huizen, Epernay en route de champagne. We hebben ervan genoten.

Flot hotel med vintage fransk stil på værelset. Smuk indendørs poolområde - poolen er dog til den kolde side, især når man har børn med. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Ligger tæt på Deutz, Ayala og hotelejerens eget champagnehus.

Fint hotel med fantastiskt trevlig personal.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of the village. Basic breakfast, if you want more wonderful bakery and cafes nearby. Very friendly.
