Shoreham Oceanfront Hotel

Location was great, staff was friendly!

There is a bar directly under the 1st floor. You could hear base and music until easily 1am. Floor 1 should come with a warning that this is part of the stay. I had a young child with me and it did not make for a pleasant stay. We checked out a day early.

The building is a joke. Old outdated,floors slant bathroom is tiny and floors so uneven it felt as if I was leaning. Popcorn ceilings and window ac unit made it feel like 1970.

No elevator. Stairwell with luggage is a death trap. Loud banging music from 8am-11pm. Tight small outdated room.

Close to the broadwalk and restaurants.

The hotel room was on a slant and the hotel itself was above a bar. It was loud between 12 and 2am.

Location and parking. I would have liked to know the history of the building.

The room was small , with no place for our belongings. The toilet looked like one for kindergarteners bathroom. The shower was tiny and the water barely trickled off my back down to my legs. No elevator only stairs, and with a bum knee and bad back that truly was a deal breaker for us.

The staff is so helpful and friendly! Location is prime. Has a very comfortable stay. My go-to in OCMD.

They didn't have an elevator which I have breathing problems. I'm not sure if it said it or not in the online website. But there's no elevator you have to walk up so many flites if ur on the top floor. When we first got there the AC unit didn't work, an when I said something about canceling my room and getting my money back they then wanted to put me on the first floor which you still have to walk up 2 flites of steps an I'm not talking about 3 or 4 stairs I'm talking like 15 or 20 steps an I can't do that..I booked a queen room an what I got wasn't a queen room if it was them they need to reevaluate what a queen room is. And the price was unbleavable for 1 night and what I was getting.. I hate to have all these negative reviews but if you have breathing problems and expect a better place then this is not for you at all
