Turkey Run Inn & Cabins

The location was beautiful. The rooms were well taken care and up to date. The staff was helpful and excellent in all interactions.

The wifi - I had to keep signing in every morning and restart my phone for it to work properly. This is a small inconvinence.

Historical hotel. Very convenient to hiking

The rooms need a modern update

Excellent location to access Turkey Run State Park. Beautiful property to explore and relax on after hiking. Quiet and quaint. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.

8AM Check out?! That is rough and highly disliked. People are still sleeping on vacation at that time. To have to get up and rush out by 8am is unacceptable, especially for this nightly rate. It was disappointing that the restaurant was not open during the week. The buffet was $22 a person and not great, so paying $100 for a buffet dinner that should have cost less than $10 a person was a tough blow. There were no other food options around so I guess that's why they can charge what they do.

Initial room was not clean and immediately requested a clean room. Second room was not clean either but was more so than the first. Hostess did not handle the transition well. Second room was offered as an upgrade to next level at a cost, which I declined, but then she had approved at no additional cost. We were then put in the same type of room as previous after being told we were upgraded. Staff does not handle request for additional towels, tp, etc., very smoothly. Our room was not stocked. Cameras at every corner of each public space does not make me feel good (will be posted in Google). This isn’t a good practice. Flys in dining area and on the buffet was a big turn off. Food quality was low. Food was overcooked each time.

Poor coffee, staff at front were not real professional. Pools were closed. Housekeeping employee was on stairs cursing on phone, dropping F bombs. Breakfast buffet was only option. The hot food was luke warm

Everything was Great, room, hiking trails, nature center, friendly staff only down side was the pool being closed and the Restaurant having limited service's.

Pool facilities were closed, not sure when it will be available again. Wasn't known about when I booked. Restaurant wasn't up to par limited service's.

The room was great. Bed was a little too firm for us, but thats just a matter of what kind of mattress you are used to. Overall our stay was great!
