"Bankrupt. Closed Scam"

Club Wyndham is a scam. I had reservations for this place. It went bankrupt and shut down. Club Wyndham never notified me. The same thing happened with a resort in Orlando. Club Wyndham destroyed two vacations for my family. They are a bunch of rude thugs out to steal your money. Avoid anything that involves Club Wyndham.

"Was comfortable and convenient"

Location was easy to get to. Didn’t really need a car once we parked which was great. The staff was quick and very nice.

The rugs in the villas could use a re-vamping a little sticky in some places

"The resort was misrepresented online."

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and were clean.

At check-in there was a pushy salesman trying to get us to buy a timeshare which we were not interested in. There were 6 mini flights of stairs to get to our room. The living room was old/dark with thread bare couches & the bedrooms were very dark too. There was no housekeeping, and we were told to collect all our garbage at the end of our stay and bring it up all those flights along w/luggage & throw it out. I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of traveling.

I liked how spacious the room was. The screened in balcony was also really nice. I liked the privacy of the room I was in too. It was located in the back and there were no other balconies next to it which was great.

The sofas in the room seemed old and could use an upgrade. Also wish there were some package options available that bundle activities into one price.
