The location and the atmosphere

The price . No breakfast No coffee machine in room

A special place, worth the investment. Tastefully decorated rooms, fine coffee and lovely staff. If there was a comfortable seating area to work with a computer in the room or in the small lobby, it would have been wonderful.

I couldn't think of anything that I didn't like.

Beautiful well-appointed room with big windows that made you feel like you were surrounded by nature. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The balcony offered a view towards the small waterfall with comfortable seating for two. The staff in the reception area were warm and welcoming. The free coffee, espresso drinks, tea and snacks were an added bonus. You are steps away from Tinker Street with multiple dining options in walking distance. I highly recommend Silvia, Good Night and Garden Eats(vegan). I would have loved a way to make tea or coffee without leaving my room, but the coffee in the lobby was superb.

Great property, great location and great landscape but my room was over charged as it looked like a « small motel room ». When going to my room, I had to go through a balcony offering full view… on the room next door. I saw my neighbor, naked going out his shower. He was surprised as much as I was. I heard him having calls, as the wall separating the 2 rooms is super thin. Last but not least, the snobbery and arrogance of the two ladies at the front desk (check in and check out) is totally unnecessary considering the category of the hotel and the level of service (no breakfast).
