Die Lage ist gut und das Studio ist geräumig.

Es fehlt an echter Gastlichkeit. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles ansprechend aber im Detail gibt es noch jede Menge Potenzial für Verbesserungen. Was mich am meisten verärgert hat, war der Parkplatz. Mit dem Navi nicht zu finden. Es gibt zwar ein kleines Schild, das man aber bei der Anfahrt nicht sieht. Dazu ist alles eng, mit einer Neigung und der Untergrund ist Kies. Für Motorradfahrer absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Dafür wird - ohne vorherige Erwähnung - auch noch eine Bezahlung erhoben. Das Minimum wäre ein Hinweis auf die Gegebenheiten in der Beschreibung. Das Personal ist zum Teil sehr nett, aber unerfahren und wirkt überfordert. Das à-la-carte-Frühstück haben andere schon kommentiert. Für mich ebenfalls nicht gast-orientiert.

Beautiful historic boutique hotel, very atmospheric and has stunning views. The outdoor patio overlooking the old castle was one of the highlights of our stay, and we also had an amazing view directly from our room. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and full of old-world character without feeling dated. Staff were very kind and welcoming. We didn’t try the restaurant food, but the cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. Amazing coffee with a view in the morning. Parking in the back was also extremely convenient . We truly wish we had stayed longer!

Waiting too long to check in to someone coming to the reception and parking lots, but I suppose it is an issue in whole Banska Stiavnica

Je znát, že se zde hodně dbá na čistotu, vše opravdu čisté a voňavé. Úžasná cena v době pobytu, přestože byl hotel z větší části plný. Obstojné zatemnění, obrovská vana i pro vysoké. Zařízení je promyšlené, parkoviště dost velké, v dobré poloze

Mohly by být trochu větší postele, prostor na to je. A taky bych přidal víc polštářů nebo je nahradil tužšími,btyto byly sice velké, ale dost měkké a pod hlavou při spaní skoro nic nezbylo. Při odhlášení jsem musel trochu déle čekat na personál, na recepci se střídají číšníci z restaurace. Snídaně by klidně při tomto obsazení mohla být bufetová.
