It was new building which was good and the location.

A short summary: Although I informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive 2 days later than originally planned, when I came to check in, I was told that my reservation was no longer in the system and that there were no rooms available. After lengthy discussions with the managers, they eventually managed to find a room for us. I had to wait for nearly 2 hours around midnight with my young child. On top of that, they requested a €150 deposit until management could verify the situation the next morning.
