The New Hotel Mediteran - VILLA Edition

The staff was very kind to us, everyone was very polite and gave us a very great welcome, food was phenomenal Pools were very clean and very comfortable You literally dont have to worry about anything Hope to see you again next year

The location is very good, from the stairs of the city in 5 m8nutes you can arrive to the small beach. There is a good view to old town.

Although the pool area is very good, they dont give you free towel and ask for 25 euroes for it.

Location was very nice, nice views to the ocean! Breakfast was good,different options.

TV didn't work but we managed without it :D

i loved the cleaning crew, the ladies were amazing and greeted myself when walking in and out. they deserve a raise.

Spacious and clean room, big balcony with beautiful view. Good breakfast.

Dinner is not that good for the price if taken separately

The room was very large and clean and the balcony had a good sea view. There were lots of staff who were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating -- nothing was too big an ask. The bar, Amul on site, was good place for a drink with nicely made and well priced cocktails. Even though they weren't serving food they went to get us something from the main hotel. The pools were nice and a good temperature. Very close to the small beach and a short walk to the old town. The car park was convenient and free.

When we visited they were still doing some of the renovation work fitting outdoor lights for example. This could be a really good hotel but they are still working out the finer details. There was a lack of information when we arrived we weren't told about the wifi, breakfast or that you could order food or drink to your room or the pool. There was no information in the room either. A QR code in the room (like in the bar) with this info and the wifi password would be a solution. The piped music around the facility was quite loud especially at the larger pool but you couldn't really hear it in the room. It stopped at night but wasn't really to our taste. The blinds in the room weren't effective and so we had to use eye masks to sleep. The coffee at breakfast was also not great. Overall these are fairly minor and we would stay there again but since the hotel is new and still establishing itself worth stating.
