We really enjoy this place Have stayed here several times Location is a key point

The city of Pigeon Forge needs to get their trash collection program under control They start at 4AM and make no attempt at doing their work with the least amount of noise. It was completely out of control. The drivers seemed to be trying to tear the containers up , ramming their trucks into the container and continually ramming the containers. This is terrible for a city that counts on tourist Please forward this to the city of Pigeon Forge and their maintenance/ trash pick up department. It makes me think twice about booking at this location again

Clean room and bathroom. Staff was friendly. We had stayed here before and will be back again.

Bathroom is small is the only complaint.
