Water in the toilet bowl was leaking, so we had to cut it in water pipe every time in order to not to be annoyed by the noise. The day of check out in the morning there wasn’t hot water, neither was personnel in the reception, so we wasted couple of hours in the room on waiting until someone comes and fix the problem. Wasn’t tea bags in the room, water dispenser in the hall didn’t have bottle of water.
