Clean spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower and nice seating outside. Cafe at the front serving good breakfast/brunch and scooters also available for rent if you want to explore more of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Nothing we didn’t like, more of a suggestion - Bug screens on the front door & back windows would be ideal so you can have windows/door open for a cool breeze rather than having to use the AC :)

We had a really great time at JOP‘s! It‘s very well situated, close to the restaurants and the 7/11 is just across the street. The Beach is just a three minute walk and not crowdy at all! The stuff is amazing and really helpful with everything. The room is big and provides a Lot of storidge, you even have a little aria outside in front of your room to relax. Very recommended to stay here!

Great place to stay near Kai Bae beach. Bikes available to rent at the property, all in good condition. Breakfast cafe on site serving decent food. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, the AC worked well. Nice garden to hang out in, loved the silky chickens and 2 tortoise shell cats running around. Some noise in the evening from neighbouring bars but didn’t bother us and was usually over by midnight. Staff were helpful with recommendations and booking our onward travel.

"Superb"

Great room, larger than we were expecting and very comfortable. The couple that run the place are very nice. They have great scooters to rent, and a nice breakfast cafe. They have some cute fluffy pets too! Even though it seemed to be on a main road, we found it very quiet and had a great nights sleep.

Great to stay there. Perfekt room with new bathroom and a good breakfast . Motorbike for rent and the Owners helpful an friendlie 👍🏻🙂
