Great location but the entrance was not impressive and in a busy, narrow alley. Beautiful interior. Lovely breakfast.

Entrance was underwhelming, deceptive but inside was beautiful. Charming!

Très très beau, les chambres très belles. Tout l'ambiance est très belle

Le personnel est un peu froid, poli, mais ce sont tous des exécutants. Le Pérou t'habitue à ce que les gens t'aident proactivement. J'avais l'impression qu'ils étaient là simplement pour faire leur boulot. En même temps, ils n'ont rien fait de mal. Ils ont fait leur boulot et avec efficacité.

Perfekt läge, super bra frukost, tjejen i köket var snäll och trevlig, Vi fick en frukostpåse med oss när vi åkte tidigt på morgonen. Valeria och Aracelly var super snälla och hjäplsamma och killarna med. Vi kunde lämna resväskorna på hotellet medan vi var borta två dagar

Andra gången vi checkade in fick vi ett rum där det fanns en "öppning" i taket vilket gjorde att ljuset kom in tidigt i rummet men det var inte så allvarligt

"Un Hotel con gran potencial pero algo abandonado"

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.

El desayuno, muy básico y, cómo fueses a última hora, sin reponer. Asimismo, la conexión a internet muy mala, en las habitaciones no disponías de conexión y, bajando a recepción, a veces tampoco.

Cuando llegamos la gente del hotel había cometido un error y nos habían reservado solo 2 noches en vez de 4 como era la reserva. La solución? No había solución.. el hotel estaba lleno así que solo nos ofrecían 2 noches. Obviamente me quejé y que hacía un mes casi desde la reserva, ofrecí diferentes soluciones como darme otra habitación, que ellos me deriven a un hotel de mismas condiciones, que me den una noche gratis debido al error exclusivo de ellos y al día siguiente me iba (sumado a que llegamos de noche y llovía)

Friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Nice rooms and excellent breakfast!

There was no facility for coffee making in the room. This is a disappointment for European travellers.
