Location, location, location. View of the Wat next door from inside most rooms. Walking distance from Phra Pathom Chedi, the market, 7-eleven, and moto-taxis.

The room I was in had some damage to walls, and wasn't as clean as it should have been. Bathroom fan desperately needed to be wiped down, there was some mold in corners and near sink. Inside of refrigerator/freezer needed to be cleaned, and there was a cigarette butt on the floor of the patio, as well as a dirty towel from the previous renter hanging in the wardrobe... Who knows how long those had been there. Needed a general deep clean, as the only thing that seemed recently /well cleaned were the bed linens. Seems like it probably hadn't been rented in a while, but who knows. I was disappointed because pre-COVID I actually lived in one of the long-term rentals in the same building, and my room was neithet dirty nor in disrepair. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience and it doesn't stay this way.
